摘  要:以钴钨酸钾K5CoW12O40.3H2O为催化剂,对氯乙酸与异丙醇之间的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂重复使用性等因素对氯乙酸异丙酯收率的影响。实验结果表明反应的最佳反应条件为:氯乙酸用量为0.1 mol,醇酸摩尔比为1.3,催化剂钴钨酸钾用量为0.5 g,带水剂环己烷用量为10 mL,反应时间为60 min,酯收率达92.3%,催化剂重复使用5次催化性能未见明显降低。Using potassium dodecatungstocobaltate(K5CoW12O40?3H2O) as catalyst,esterification of chloroacetic acid and isopropyl alcohol was studied.Effect of different factors,such as reaction time,catalyst dosage and ratio of chloroacetic acid to isopropyl alcohol on the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate were carefully analyzed.The experiment results show that the best reaction conditions are as follows: chloroacetic acid is 0.1 mol,ratio of isopropyl alcohol to chloroacetic acid is 1.3,catalyst dosage is 0.5 g,cyclohexane as the deaquation reagent is 10 mL,reaction time is 60 min.Under above conditions,the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate can reach 92.3%.Moreover,the catalyst can be reused for 5 times without obvious loss of activity.
