摘　　要：传统文化中理想人格的自我导向作用是文化心理学的研究热点与难点之一,而美国人本主义心理学家罗杰斯的自我差异理论可以帮助我们对该文化心理的运作机制予以分析,在此分析基础上,进而揭示出在扬弃儒道"理想人格"模型的过程中,"文化自觉"原则所理应受到的重视。The self-guide of the ideal personality in traditional culture is a research hotspot and difficult point of cultural psychology.And Rogers＇s self-discrepancy theory can help us analyze this cultural psychology mechanism.Based on this analysis,it reveals that in the process of sublating the Confucianism and Taoism＇s ＂ideal personality＂ model,the ＂cultural consciousness＂ ought to be valued.
