摘 要:目的识别、分析某新建年产3万吨有机硅项目职业病危害因素并进行控制效果评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法等方法进行评价。结果经现场调查、检测、分析,该项目除个别监测点噪声超过国家职业卫生标准外,其他职业病危害因素均控制在国家职业卫生标准范围内。结论该建设项目职业卫生状况基本达到国家职业卫生标准,该企业的职业病危害控制措施基本有效,但应该加强个别工作场所噪声的控制措施。Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazard in the newly-built organic silicon construction project with thirty thousand tons annual output,evaluate the control effect.Methods Worksite investigation,safety checklist and chemical analysis were used to evaluate the occupational hazards.Results The main occupational hazard factors were controlled under the national occupational health standard except the noise in some monitoring point exceeded national standard.Conclusion The status of occupational safety and hygiene in the project basically meet the national occupational standards,and the control strategies were effective.However,noise control in some worksite should be strengthened.
