摘  要:平煤股份十矿主井提升电控系统设备老化,缺陷较多,急需进行升级改造。介绍了十矿主井提升电控系统的现状,阐述了进行系统升级改造的重要意义;针对TKD系统提出了双机拖动系统的双馈变频调速改造方案,对方案中能量回馈、双机拖动出力一致、谐波抑制等关键技术进行了分析。运行测试结果表明,改造后的系统性能可靠,节能效果明显,节约了每钩的运行时间。There were many defects in the old electric control system of main shaft hoisting system of Pingdingshan No.10 Coal Mine,which needed to be transformed.Introduced the situation of main shaft hoisting system in No.10 Coal Mine,the important meaning of upgrading and reforming was expounded.Aiming at the TKD control system,the plan of double-fed frequency conversion transformation for double motor drive were also proposed.Key technologies,such as energy feedback,output power of double motor driver accordance with each other,and harmonic suppression were analyzed,too.Run test results showed that,the reformed system had reliable performance,significant energy saving effects and short runtime.
