农户可持续生计与征地意愿分析——以江苏省苏南、苏北典型村庄农户问卷调查为例

摘　　要：在调查数据的基础上,运用描述统计法和Probit模型对苏南和苏北2个区域进行分析。结果表明:年龄、受教育水平、人均耕地面积、家庭收入、特殊社会经历是影响土地征收意愿的主要因素,这就需要在提高家庭收入水平、提高农民受教育水平、大力发展现代农业和促进农村人口非农就业、提高农村社会保障覆盖面等方面重点关注。Based on the survey data,use of statistics and Probit models of southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu was described in this paper.This paper argued that age,education level,the per capita arable land area,household income,special social impact of land expropriation would experience was the main factor.Finally,according to the result and conclusion,the paper gave some suggestions of increase income level,change poverty of country education,improve offfarm employment,consummate social security system.
