控轧控冷工艺对X70管线钢组织与性能的影响

摘　　要：对21 mm X70管线钢的控轧控冷工艺进行了试验分析,表明合理控制精轧温度、终轧温度和终冷温度可以得到组织细化和性能良好的针状铁素体管线钢板。Experimental analysis on rolling control and cooling control process for 21 mm X70 pipeline steel is introduced,which indicates that acicular ferrite pipeline steel with refined structure and excellent property is obtained by reasonable control of finishing temperature,final rolling temperature and final cooling temperature.
