摘  要:为满足路面的抗滑需求,将SAC设计思想引入AC-13C型沥青混合料级配设计中,对疏松、一般和紧密3种骨架结构的沥青混合料的物理、力学及路用性能指标进行了测试,证实了骨架结构对相关指标影响的复杂性,发现紧密骨架结构的改良AC-13C型沥青混合料的最佳用油量大于其他2种骨架结构的沥青混合料,其抗滑性能、抗冻融性能也有所提高;但紧密骨架结构混合料的抗车辙能力和残留稳定度则不及疏松和一般骨架结构的混合料。因此,混合料的设计必须考虑包括矿料配合比和粉胶比等指标的平衡,达到综合最优的目的。Designing methodology of SAC was used for the gradation designing of asphalt mixture AC-13C for skid-resistante pavement.The mixtures with loose,general and dense aggregate skeletons were tested with regards to the relevant parameters of volume,mechanics and performance.The results confirmed the complexity of the influence of the aggregate skeleton to these parameters.It is found that(1) the optimum asphalt content of the mixture AC-13C with dense skeleton structure is higher than that with loose or general skeleton structures,capacities of skid-resistance and freezing-thawing resistance of the mixture with dense skeleton structure have been improved correspondently;(2) rutting-resistance capacity and residual stability of the mixture with dense skeleton structure are lower than those of the mixture with loose or general skeleton structure.Therefore,the factors such as gradations and ratio of filler to asphalt must be taken into consideration in order to optimumize the mixture design.
