福建农户投保农业保险意愿的实证分析

摘　　要：对农户投保农业保险的意愿情况进行研究和实证分析,了解相关因素对农户投保意愿的影响程度。随机对福建省481份农户进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS13.0统计软件的数据进Logistic回归处理。结果显示:文化水平、养殖效益、受周边人的影响这3个因素对农户投保农业保险的意愿有显著影响,养殖年限、存栏数、养殖投入程度、投保便利程度、对保险公司的看法、是否曾获得保险公司赔付等6个变量对农户投保农业保险的意愿影响不大。要提高农户文化水平、增加农户养殖效益、加大财政补助力度等措施,以促进农业保险的进一步发展。This paper is a study and empirical analysis on the factors that affect Fujian farmers＇ decision-making in agricultural insurance,then reveal the degree of effect.This paper uses SPSS 13.0 statistical software to make Logistic regression into the survey data of 481 questionnaires of farmers arranging agricultural insurance in Fujian.The results show that three variables including cultural level,cultivation benefit,the influence comes from peripheral farmers significantly affect farmers＇ decisions to buy agricultural insurance,however,the other six variables including cultivation time,stock level,cultivation investment,the accessibility of insurance,the attitudes toward insurance enterprises,compensate form insurance enterprises affect on farmers＇ purchasing decision in agricultural insurance weakly.This paper proposes a series of measures such as raising farmers＇ cultural level and operating efficiency,increasing finance assistance which will lead to a further development of agricultural insurance.
