信息网络时代下大学贫困生资助工作的困境及对策

摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,高校贫困生资助工作面临着新的挑战,提高高校贫困生资助工作的高效性和公平性显得尤为重要。在此,从现行的资助体系出发,对网络时代下大学贫困生工作现状进行研究,进而提出解决方案,在贫困生认定、贷款、奖助学金的设立、勤工助学岗位的增加、诚信教育等方面,利用网络信息手段搭建相对应的动态贫困生认定平台,完善国家助学贷款信息库,充分发挥奖、助学金以及其他方式的互补作用,建立网络诚信预警机制,更高效、公平地做好贫困生资助工作,确保资助工作的规范化、科学化和信息化。With the development of information technology,the issue of financially needy students in universities is confronted with new challenges.What is extremely important is improving the effectiveness and equity of the work of supporting the financially needy students in colleges.This thesis treats the current supporting system as the starting point,does the research of the current situation of the work concerning financially needy students in colleges in the age of the Internet,and then puts forward solutions.In terms of the work concerning the qualification of needy students,student loans,setting of scholarships and assistantships,increasing of the work-study positions,and the education of integrity and credibility,the thesis proposes to build the corresponding dynamic qualification platform of the needy students through the Internet and information technology,improve the database of the student loans of the state,take full advantage of the complementary functions of scholarships,assistantships and other means,and build the early warning system of integrity and credibility on the Internet,with the purpose of making the work of supporting the needy students more effective and equal and ensuring that the work is normalized,scientized and informationized.
