球团矿配加镁质黏结剂的初步试验研究

摘　　要：为探索开发MgO球团矿用的新型含MgO添加剂,在实验室开展了造球和生球爆裂试验,并在此基础上进行工业投笼试验,寻找和分析最佳的镁质黏结剂的配比与对应的工艺参数,为太钢峨口铁矿下一步生产镁质球团矿提供了技术支持。In order to select the reasonable binder for the production of magnesia pellets,a series of tests were conducted such as balling performance and breaking down temperature on green pellets,industry trials were also carried out to optimize the production parameters.The experiment results will provide technical support for the production of magnesia pellets in future.
