摘 要:随着人口的增加和经济的高速发展,我国城市和乡村生活垃圾和工业废物产生量迅速增长,造成越来越严重的环境污染问题.根据国外的经验,将废物转运到地下处置可以成为解决环境问题的新出路.我国是采矿大国,特别是煤矿开采量很大,分布面积广泛,能否将煤矿开采形成的工作面、废弃井巷和其它地下空间利用起来,作为废物的永久处置场地,本文就此问题进行了较深入的探讨,提出了煤矿地下可利用的空间能力,可处置废物的种类,废物地下处置的技术要求,井上、下的安全技术措施和经济效益分析等一系列的技术问题.With population increasing and fast economy development, the rapidly increase of daily garbage and industrial wastes in cities and rural area in China cause more serious contamination. According to experiences from foreign countries, to transfer and disposal wastes underground will become the new way for solving the environmental problem. China is a large coal mining country with large production quantity and wide mine distribution, whether working faces,abandoned workings formed due to mining and other underground spaces can be used as a permanent wastes disposal sites or not, it was studied deeply, series technology problem are put forward such as space capacity of mine underground, disposable wastes category,technical requirement of underground wastes disposal,safety method on surface and underground and economic benefit analysis as well for further discussion.
