摘  要:通过不同浓度NaCl对碱地风毛菊苗期进行胁迫,测定碱地风毛菊叶片和根系中Na+、K+含量,以探讨NaCl胁迫对碱地风毛菊中Na+、K+分布的影响。结果表明:相同浓度胁迫,碱地风毛菊叶片Na+、K+含量高于根系;随着NaCl浓度的增加,碱地风毛菊根系和叶片的Na+含量显著增加,当NaCl浓度低于300 mmol/L时,碱地风毛菊叶片K+与对照无显著差异;在NaCl胁迫下根系K+含量显著增加,K+/Na+和根系向叶片的离子选择性运输系数(TSK,Na)降低,但TSK,Na<1,表明碱地风毛菊苗期对NaCl有较强的耐性。The contents of Na+,K+ in leaf and root of Saussurea runcinata seedling under NaCl stress were measured.The result indicated that the contents of Na+ and K+ in leaves were higher than roots under the same concentration and the Na+ content significantly increased with the increase of NaCl concentration.The K+ content in leaves did not shown significant difference with control when the concentration of NaCl was less than 300 mmol/L.The content of K+ in roots significantly increased under NaCl stress,meanwhile,the K+/Na+ ratio and TSK,Na declined under NaCl stress,but TSK,Na was less than 1.So,Saussurea runcinata has strong tolerance to NaCl.
