摘 要:以白羊草(Bothriochloa ischaemum)为材料,采用盆栽试验设计,在干旱胁迫和复水后,研究了其栽培种和野生种叶片相对含水量(RWC)、细胞外渗率、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)等抗性指标的变化,探讨白羊草在干旱胁迫和复水后的生理生化特征。结果表明,随干旱胁迫时间的延长,白羊草叶片的相对含水量逐渐下降,细胞膜透性和MDA含量逐渐上升,SOD和POD活性呈先升高后降低的变化趋势。复水后,各项抗性指标不同程度地得以恢复。MDA含量、SOD和POD酶活性均是比复水前低,而且比对照高。说明经过胁迫后,白羊草幼苗的生长受到抑制,SOD和POD活性提高有利于增强抗旱力。干旱胁迫下,野生白羊草的MDA积累少,细胞膜受到伤害较轻,SOD和POD活性变化幅度较大,野生种的耐旱性强于栽培种。The greenhouse experiment was conducted to study the changes of relative water content(RWC),electrolyte leakage rate,MDA content,and the activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the leaves of wild and cultivated Bothriochloa ischaemum grown under different drought stresses.The results showed that leaf RWC decreased while the contents of MDA and electrolyte leakage rate increased,and activities of SOD and POD increased firstly and then declined along with the time of drought stress.After re-watering,the MDA content,activities of SOD and POD were lower than before but higher than control.Under drought stress,wild B.ischaemum had less MDA accumulation,lower cell membrane damage degree than the cultivated.The changes of SOD and POD active of wild B.ischaemum were stronger than the cultivated.It means that the drought resistance of wild species was stronger than the cultivated species.
