摘　　要：综述了热力学中熵和自由能这两个重要状态函数在生命现象、肿瘤形成、抗癌药物研究、生物大分子结构研究、药物设计、蛋白质工程和基因优化表达等中的应用.This article summarized in thermodynamics the entropy and the free energy these two important state function in the biological phenomena,the tumor forms,the anticancer treatment medicine research,the biological macromolecule structural research,the medicine design,the protein project and the gene optimization expression in and so on application.
