摘 要:目的观察银杏叶总黄酮(FG)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠心肌组织超微结构的影响。方法采用STZ腹腔注射诱导大鼠糖尿病模型(DM),观察不同剂量的FG治疗前后血糖、体重变化及大鼠一般状况,电镜观察大鼠心肌超微结构的改变。结果 (1)造模成功后,DM大鼠血糖明显升高(P<0.01),体重明显减轻(P<0.01),一般状况极差,100、200 mg·kg-1.d-1的FG可明显降低DM大鼠血糖(P<0.05),恢复DM大鼠体重(P<0.05、P<0.01),改善DM大鼠一般状况;(2)电镜下观察DM大鼠心肌损伤明显,200 mg·kg-1.d-1的FG可明显逆转心肌损伤。结论 DM大鼠心肌超微结构损伤明显,FG可以改善STZ诱导DM大鼠心肌超微结构的改变,对糖尿病大鼠心肌损伤具有保护作用。Aim To investigate the change of myocardial ultrastructure in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats treated by the total ginkgo flavonoids(FG)on myocardial ultrastructure.Methods Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ,at the end of the experiment,the blood glucose and weight of all rats were detected,and the changes of myocardial tissue structure of STZ rats with different dose of FG were observed by electron microscope.Results STZ rats had higher blood glucose(P0.01),lighter weight(P0.01)and worser general appearance,FG 100,200 mg.kg-1.d-1markedly inhibited the increases of blood glucose(P0.05)and greatly improve the decrease of weight(P0.05、P0.01),the performance status were ameliorated obviously.Electron microscopic observation of myocardial muscle of the DM rats injured seriously,200 mg.kg-1.d-1dose of FG treatment group could greatly improve the above change and effectively regulate serum glucose.Conclusions Myocardial ultrastructure injury is obvious in diabetics rats.FG can improve the myocardial ultrastructure and protect the heart of STZ-induced diabetic rats.
