摘 要:目的比较冬虫夏草与虫草菌丝体(以下简称菌丝体)中腺苷成分,为菌丝体在临床治疗中替代冬虫夏草提供实验依据。方法采用薄层色谱法对腺苷进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.01 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钾水溶液∶甲醇=17∶3;流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为260 nm;柱温为22℃)测定腺苷的含量。结果冬虫夏草和菌丝体两者中均含有腺苷,腺苷的含量分别为0.182 mg·g-1和5.435 mg·g-1。结论从主要效应成分腺苷含量的角度分析,菌丝体替代冬虫夏草具有可行性。Aim To compare the difference of adenosine between Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps mycelium(be abbreviated as mycelium)so as to offer evidence for mycelium used instead of Cordyceps sinensis in clinic.Methods Adenosine was identified by TLC and the content of adenosine was detected by HPLC with Hypersil ODS2 C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)being used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was at 260 nm and the column temperature was 22℃.Results The contents of adenosine in Cordyceps sinensis and mycelium were 0.182 mg·g-1 and 5.435 mg·g-1 respectively.Conclusion It is possible for mycelium to replace of Cordyceps sinensis.
