吉安市山体滑坡后灾民的心理健康状况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨吉安市山体滑坡后灾民的心理健康状况及相关因素,为制定灾民心理干预预案提供依据。方法对吉安市山体滑坡2周后121名灾民采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)进行心理健康、应对方式、社会支持测评。结果 121名灾民强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性评分值均显著高于国内常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。121名灾民躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性评分与社会支持评分均呈负相关(r=-0.461、-0.543、-0.378、-0.465、-0.432、-0.413、-0.547、-0.434、-0.446,P<0.05或P<0.01),121名灾民躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性评分与家庭内支持、家庭外支持评分均呈负相关(r=-0.364、-0.412、-0.415、-0.403、-0.397、-0.376、-0.502、-0.454、-0.301、-0.415、-0.341、-0.263、-0.445、-0.471、-0.361、-0.427、-0.374、-0.373,P<0.05或P<0.01),121名灾民躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性评分与积极应对评分均呈负相关(r=-0.421、-0.319、-0.423、-0.314、-0.374、-0.419、-0.417、-0.349、-0.371,P<0.05或P<0.01),121名灾民躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对评分与消极应对评分均呈正相关(r=0.306、0.347、0.283、0.316、0.341,均P<0.05)。结论吉安市山体滑坡后灾民的心理健康状况较差,与应对方式和社会支持相关。Objective To explore the mental health status of victims in Ji＇an city after landslide and the relevant factors,and to provide a basis for development of psychological intervention plan.Methods The mental health of victims,coping styles,and social support were evaluated 2 weeks after landslide in Ji＇an city by Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ） and Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS）,respectively.Results The scores of obsessive-compulsive scale,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia and psychoticism in victims were significantly higher than domestic norm（P0.05 or P0.01）.The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid ideation and psychoticism were negatively correlated with social support scores,scores of family support and extrafamilial social support and positive coping scores,but were positively correlated with passive coping scores（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Victims in Ji＇an city after landslide have poor mental health,which is correlated with coping styles and social support.
