糖调节受损患者中医体质分类与相关体检指标的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨糖调节受损患者中医体质分布及与相关体检指标的关系。方法采用中医体质调查表对86例糖尿病受损患者、202例低血糖者和250例正常血糖者进行中医体质调查,并对与相关体检指标的关系进行分析。结果糖调节受损患者的主要中医体质是气虚质(25.6%)、湿热质(24.4%)、痰湿质(22.1%)、平和质(14.0%),其中偏质占86.1%。糖调节受损患者的心电图改变与血糖正常者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖调节受损患者的心肌缺血和电轴异常的人数所占百分比与低血糖者比较显著升高(P<0.05)。糖调节受损患者肾功能异常比例与正常血糖者、低血糖者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖调节受损患者中医体质以偏质为主。糖调节受损可能引起患者心电图的变化。Objective To investigate the TCM-based constitution in patients with impaired glucose regulation and its relationship with physical indicators.Methods Eighty-six patients with impaired glucose regulation,202 patients with hypoglycemia and 250 subjects with normal blood glucose were investigatied by TCM-based constitution questionnaires,and the relevant physical indicators were tested.Results Qi deficiency constitution was present in 25.6% of the patients with impaired glucose regulation,ShiRe constitution in 24.4%,TanShi constitution in 22.1%,and normal constitution in 14.0%.Proportion of the abnormal constitution was 86.1%.There were no significant differences in EKG changes between patients with impaired glucose regulation and normal subjects（P0.05）.The percentage of patients with myocardial ischemia and abnormal electrical axis in patients with impaired glucose regulation was obviously higher than that in patients with hypoglycemia（P0.05）.There were no significant differences in the percentage of patients with renal dysfunction among the three groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal constitution is the main TCM-based constitution in patients with impaired glucose regulation,which may lead to unusual changes in EKG.
