摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心率减速力(DC)与心率变异(HRV)、心率震荡(HRT)的相关性。方法 62例窦性心律的AMI患者和51例非AMI对照组进行24h动态心电图检查,离线计算DC、HRV时域指标、HRT的两个参数震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS)。结果 AMI患者的DC值、HRV降低;HRT减弱;且DC与时域指标SDNN、RMSSD、pNN50及TS呈显著相关(p<0.01)。结论 DC指标和HRV、TS指标有较好的相关性,DC可作为自主神经功能检测的指标。Objective To investigate the association between Deceleration capacity of rate（DC）,heart rate variability（HRV） and heart rate turbulence（HRT） in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The DC、HRV and HRT was obtained from 62 survivors of acute myocardial infarction（AMI） in sinus rhythm and 51 control without AMI.The DC、time-domain HRV parameters、HRT parameters turbulence onset（TO） and turbulence slope（TS） was measured by the original definitions using digitized 24 hours Holter recording.Results We found that DC、HRV and HRT parameters in patients with AMI were significantly lower than those in controls.DC was positively correlated with SDNN、RMSSD、pNN50、TS（p0.01）.Conclusion DC could be considered as an indicator of autonomic nervous function tests since it strong correlativity with classical and typical prognostic parameters such as HRV and TS.
