通用型脊柱内固定系统在胸腰椎骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价通用型脊柱内固定系统(general spine system,GSS)治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法对42例胸腰椎不稳定骨折采用GSS内固定选择性结合椎板减压、经椎弓根椎体内植骨的方法进行治疗。结果术后伤椎形态及楔变角明显改善。经过平均15个月的随访,骨折愈合良好,无断钉等并发症,不完全性脊髓损伤、马尾神经及神经根损伤者感觉、运动功能有不同程度的恢复。结论采用GSS内固定技术治疗胸腰椎骨折,能有效恢复椎体高度,充分纠正脊柱畸形,固定牢靠,临床效果满意。Objective To evaluate clinic effects of general spine system（GSS） fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.Methods 42 patients with unstable thoracolumbar vertebral fracture were treated with GSS fixation,and partially combined with laminectomy and transpedicular bone grafting.Results Vertebral appearance and wedge angle improved significantly.After an average time of 15 months of follow-up,neurological function was restored significantly,including incomplete spinal cord injury,cauda equine injury,nerve root injury.Fractures healed without complications of broken nails.Conclusion The GSS fixation is effective in the treatment of thoracolumbar in recovering the height of vertebral body,correcting the deformation of vertebral column and fast fixation.
