结果各项目按照不合格率从高到低排列的顺序为:TG(39.36%)>TC(37.29%)>LDL-C(27.57%)>UA(25.74%)>HDL-C(18.41%)>TBIL(10.52%)>ALT(9.80%)>Glu(8.76%)>BUN(6.69%)>Cr(1.04%)>TP(0)、ALB(0)、A/G(0)。 Objective To investigate the disqualification rate of sera biochemical indicators of military personnel garrisoned in Beijing, and to provide evidence for their health care. Methods 13 sera biochemical indicators of 1255 military men and women(1005 males and 250 females) were measured, including TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,Glu,ALT,TP,ALB,A/G,TBIL,BUN,Cr and UA.Results The decreasing order of disqualification rate was as follows: TG(39.36%) TC(37.29%) LDL-C(27.57%)UA(25.74%) HDL-C(18.41%) TBIL(10.52%) ALT(9.80%) Glu(8.76%) BUN(6.69%) Cr(1.04%) TP(0),ALB(0) and A/G(0).The disqualification rates of TG,HDL-C,Glu,ALT,TBIL,UA and BUN in males were significantly higher than that in females, and TG,LDL-C,Glu disqualification rates in males and TC,LDL-C in females were correlated with age(P0.05).Conclusion Many health risk factors for military personnel garrisoned in Beijing may exist, including dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, impaired liver or renal function, hyperglycosemia, etc,so it is necessary to take active measures to interfere.
