摘　　要：以严峻的大学生就业形势为背景,分析了心理健康行为干预在就业指导中的重要性,探讨了心理健康行为干预的方向和目标。Based on the urgent situation of employment of college students,we analyze the importance of psychological intervention in career guidance,and discuss the direction and goals of psychological intervention.
