摘　　要：本文根据高校图书馆的实际情况,简要阐述了开发隐性知识的必要性,并就隐性知识整合中需注意的问题及具体挖掘路径给予充分的论证。In this paper,based on the actual situation of University libraries,we briefly explained the need of developing tacit knowledge,and adequately proved the problems that should be noticed in the process of integrating tacit knowledge and the specific mining paths.
