摘  要:目的:利用正交设计法筛选影响苯戊烯醇合成的因素。方法:采用正交设计法的四因素三水平〔L9(3)4〕实验方案,经过直观分析和方差分析筛出最好反应条件。结果:最佳反应条件是:苯乙酮:丙烯溴化镁(mol比值)为1:1.5;反应温度0℃;反应时间180min。结论:本试验方法原料简单,操作方便,试验条件比较容易实现。每次产量都大于25ml,并且达到了较好的产品质量。产品沸点:218-220°C1,HNMR图谱与文献一致。Objective: Using orthogonal design method to screen the factors of the synthesis for Benzene polyprenols.Methods: According to the optimization-method,4 factors and 3 levels was adopted and the best reaction conditions were screened out after a visual analysis and variance analysis.Results: The best reaction conditions: the rate of acetophenone to propylene magnesium bromide was 1:1.5.Temperature was 0℃.Reaction time was 180 min.Conclusion: The raw materials in this test method is simple and the test is easy to operate,test conditions are relatively easy to implement.Each output is greater than 25ml,and the better product quality is easy to achieve.the product boiling point was 218-220°C,1HNMR Pattern consistent with the literatures.
