摘 要:在水稻分蘖期到抽穗开花期设置4种不同模式的受涝处理(分蘖期到抽穗开花期3个生育阶段连续受涝、拔节孕穗期和抽穗开花期2个生育阶段连续受涝、抽穗开花期保持较小渗漏量受涝、抽穗开花期保持较大渗漏量受涝)来研究农田不同受涝模式对水稻抽穗开花期叶绿素荧光动力学参数日变化规律的影响。结果表明,初始荧光值Fo、最大荧光值Fm、原初光能转换效率Fv/Fm、光系统潜在活性Fo/Fm、光化学猝灭系数qP和非光化学猝灭系数qN均随着光照变化存在明显的日变化规律,在中午发生光抑制现象。不同处理的变化趋势存在一定的差异性,农田受涝可使水稻的光合机构受到影响。水稻一定程度的受涝,可以缓解光抑制现象,甚至出现补偿效应;过度受涝会使水稻的光合机制严重受损。其中,水稻分蘖期到抽穗开花期3个生育阶段连续受涝对水稻光合机制的损伤最为严重,在农业生产中要尽量避免此种情况的出现。Set four different modalities farmland water logged(tillering stage to heading and flowering stage of three successive reproductive stages water logged,jointing booting stage to heading and flowering stage of two successive reproductive water logged,heading and flowering stage of maintaining a smaller amount of leakage water logged,heading and flowering stage of maintaining a larger amount of leakage water logged) to study the impact of varying farmland water logged of rice to the Parameters of diurnal chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics in heading and flowering stage.The result shows that the initial fluorescence value Fo,the maximum fluorescence value Fm,the primary light energy conversion efficiency Fv/Fm,the potential activity of photosystem Fo/Fm,the photochemical quenching coefficient qP,non-photochemical quenching coefficient qN all along with the existence of illumination changes have a diurnal significantly variation,and there is photoinhibition at noon,and exist differences among different trends.It shows that water logged can effect the photosynthetic mechanism of rice.A certain degree of water logged can ease the phenomenon photoinhibition of rice,even can help it,but over water logged would damage the photosynthetic mechanism of rice.Among them,the damage of tillering stage to heading and flowering stage of three successive growth stages water logged to rice mechanism of photosynthesis is most significant,we should try to avoid such situation in agricultural production.
