摘  要:盆栽试验在内蒙古河套灌区沙濠渠试验站进行,采用三因素五水平二次通用旋转组合设计,以土壤含水率、施氮肥量、土壤EC值为因子,对向日葵生理生态影响展开研究。结果表明,含盐土壤EC值0.1-0.45 mS/cm时,幼苗出土在播种后5-7 d;EC值为0.45-0.8 mS/cm时,幼苗出土在播种后8-12 d;盐渍化土壤水肥对向日葵影响因素排序由大到小依次为水、盐、肥。施肥可以在一定程度上提高土壤水势,降低叶水势,达到"以肥调水"的目的;土壤相对含水率70%θfc,EC值0.45 mS/cm,施氮肥337.5 kg/hm2组合处理最佳。Pot experiment had been done in Inner Mongolia Hetao irrigation Shahaoqu Experiment Station,used the Portfolio design of three factors and five levels of secondary general rotation,to the factor of soil moisture,nitrogen content,soil EC value,did the research of physiological and ecological impacts of the sunflower,the results show that:when the EC of soil salinity is 0.1-0.45 mS/cm,seedling unearth about 5 to 7 days after sowing;when the EC is 0.45-0.8 mS/cm,seedling unearth about 8 to 12 days after sowing;the sequence factors of the soil salinization effect to sunflower is water〉salt〉fertilizer.To some extent,fertilization can improve soil water potential and lower leaf water potential to achieve the purpose of "water by fertilizer";when relative soil moisture content is 70%θfc and the EC is 0.45 mS/cm,nitrogen 337.5 kg/hm2 is the best combination of treatment.
