摘　　要：对燃气行业中的国有独资及国有控股两种国家控制型公司治理模式进行了问题分析和对策研究,认为中国燃气行业应从从政企分离,董事会、监事会、经理层等方面进行公司治理模式改革。The problems and solutions of the corporate governance model of state-controlled company in gas industry,state-owned and state-controlled company,are studied in this paper.The conclusion is that the reform of corporate governance model should be started with the reform of separation between government and enterprises,board of directors,board of supervisors,managers and other aspects.
