摘　　要：综述了我国社区居民院前急救培训现状的问题,分析原因为居民院前施救的权利和义务缺乏相关法律保护及培训体系不完善,而且学校无相关内容,对此提出相应的对策。The author reviewed the problems existed in the training status quo of first-aid before hospital community residents in China.The analysis showed that the reasons included the residents＇ rights and obligations of first-aid before hospital were lack of relevant laws protection,and the training systems were also not perfect.The schools didn＇t proposed the countermeasures.
