微创多点重睑术的临床经验

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种微创多点重睑术的手术方法。方法:根据个人特点设计3～5个2 mm的手术切口,经切口剪除一条眼轮匝肌及部分眶隔脂肪,将皮肤与睑板前筋膜直接缝合形成自然的重睑。结果:本组352例,随访3～12个月,外形均自然对称流畅,重睑深刻,无臃肿,无明显痕迹。结论:该方法有切开重睑术的深刻持久的效果,有埋线法的无痕及恢复快的优点。Objective： To explore the modus operandi of minimally invasive muhidrop double eyelid plasty. Methods： According to individual feature, to design 3-5 pieces operative incision about 2 ram, shearing single band musculus dormitator and partis fascia palpebralis fat, suting skin and ciliary cartilages anadesma to form doable eyelid. Results： 352 cases of double eyelid plasty were performed with a 3-12 months follow-up. All the patients achieved good cosmetic results. Conclusion： This method has a good persistent effect as cut-off double eyelid plasty and has a forte about no scar as running buried lining.
