益智仁化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的:研究中药益智仁(Alpinia Oxyphylla Miq.)的化学成分。方法:采用乙醇提取、硅胶等柱色谱分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到6个化合物,鉴定其结构分别为山奈酚-4′-O-甲醚(1)、杨芽黄素(2)、益智醇(3)、胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)。结论:化合物(1)为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents in fruit of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.Methods：Compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic methods.Their structures were determined by physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Results：Six compounds were obtained and identified as ：Kaempferide（1）,tectochrysin（2）,oxyphyllol（3）,daucosterolpalmitate（4）,daucosterol（5）,β-sitoterol（6）.Conclusion：Compounds compound（1） was isolated from this plant for the first time.
