摘  要:目的:分析山东和广西两产地生姜挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从生姜中提取挥发油,用GC-MS分析两产地生姜中挥发油化学成分。结果:广西生姜挥发油分离出122个色谱峰,山东生姜挥发油分离出88个色谱峰,经GC-MS分析,广西产生姜鉴别出63种成分,山东产生姜鉴别出58种成分,占已分离组分总含量的85%以上。两产地生姜挥发油中共有化学成分29个,且共有化学成分的相对百分含量差异较大,其中橙花醇(nerol)的相对百分含量相差近5倍。结论:不同产地生姜挥发油化学成分差异较大。Objective:Study on the chemical components of volatile oils in Zingiber officinale Rosc.from different habitats in Guangxi.Methods:The volatile Oils was extracted by water distillation method and analyzed by GC-MS.Results:122 peaks were separated and 63 compounds in the volatile oils were identified by GC-MS from Guangxi sample,88 peaks were separated and 58 compounds in the volatile oils were identified by GC-MS from Shandong sample which accounted for more than85%.29 chemical components were noted in both.The highest content is Camphene.The relative percentage content of nerol difference of nearly five times.Conclusion:The chemical components of volatile oils in Zingiber officinale Rosc.from two habitats had quite different.
