护肾固精方治疗慢性肾衰竭100例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护肾固精方对慢性肾衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法将慢性肾衰竭患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组50例,采用西医慢性肾衰竭常规治疗;治疗组50例,在西医常规治疗基础上加服护肾固精方治疗,两组均以14 d为1个疗程,连续6个疗程,并观察两组治疗前后患者体征、指标等变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率83.33%,对照组总有效率33.33%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组患者临床症状明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组内生肌酐清除率(CCr)明显升高(P<0.01),血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后CCr、SCr、BUN等指标变化均明显优于对照组治疗后。两组血红蛋白(Hb)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)治疗前后无明显变化。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加服护肾固精方治疗慢性肾衰竭,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effects of hushen gujing fang on chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods 100 cases of CRF were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In control group（50 cases）,the conventional treatment of western medicine was applied.In treatment group（50 cases）,on the basis of treatment as control group,hushen gujing fang was supplemented.14-day treatment made one session in either group.Continuous six sessions of treatment were required.Physical signs and indexes were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 83.33% in treatment group and was 33.33% in control group.The efficacy of treatment group was apparently superior to that in control group（P0.01）.After treatment,the clinical symptoms were relieved markedly in treatment,which was different significantly in statistics as compared with control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.After treatment,creatinine clearance（CCr）increased apparently in treatment group（P0.01）,serum creatinine（SCr）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）and 24 h urine protein quantitative amount decreased apparently（P0.01）.Additionally,the changes in CCr,SCr and BUN in treatment group were significantly superior to those in control group after treatment.There were no obvious differences in hemoglobin（Hb）and alanine transaminase（ALT）before and after treatment in two groups.Conclusion Hushen gujing fang has significant efficacy on chronic renal failure on the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment.
