摘 要:对火电厂主汽温控制系统来说,减温器导前区和惰性区的不同响应特性会导致主汽温波动大,进而影响到机组的经济性和安全性。作为能够快速反映炉膛燃烧状况的辐射能信号,将其引入到主汽温控制回路中,能够减少主汽温在惰性区的滞后,提高主蒸汽温度的控制品质。在某电厂480 t/h循环流化床锅炉上的试验运行表明,改进后的主汽温控制系统达到了预期效果。For the main steam temperature control system of coal-fired power plants, main steam temperature will be fluctuant with a varied scope as the different response characteristics of leading and retarded control, then economy and safety of units could be affected. In order to reduce the delay and improve the control quality of main steam temperature, radiant energy signal which could directly reflect combustion status of boiler fur naces was introduced into circuitry of steam temperature control in this paper. The experiment results carried out on a 480t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler show that improved control system of main steam temperature obtain the desired results.
