新型PVC加工热稳定剂的研究

摘　　要：液体钙锌（Ｃａ／Ｚｎ）复合稳定剂是一种具有无毒、透明、成本低的应用于ＰＶＣ加工中的新型热稳定剂，但使用时易出现锌烧现象。通过大量实验发现Ｃａ／Ｚｎ稳定剂与环氧大豆油（ＥＳＢＯ），多元醇等有较好的协同效应，可大大推迟出现锌烧的时间。另外，Ｃａ／Ｚｎ稳定剂与有机锡稳定剂配合使用效果良好，可降低有机锡用量。The heat stability agent, liquid Ca/Zn is a nonpoisonous, transparent,low cost material which can be used in PVC procassing, However,the stability agent always burns, We find,it can delay the burning time to act on Ca/Zn and ESBO etc.together.Else,the matching use of the stability agent Ca/Zn and organic tin achieve good results,and may cut down the consumption of organic tin.
