Based on expounding current developing characteristics of rainfall and runoff in the region, analysis of the influence of watershed comprehensive management on runoff and sediment transport under different rainfall conditions is focused in the paper. At the same time, the relation between rainfall and flood peak discharge in storm flood period is analyzed, and the influence of watershed comprehensive management on flood is studied.
