摘　　要：针对天马HSG1400型卧式振动离心机在准格尔能源公司选煤厂使用中出现的问题,结合现场生产实际情况和经验,对离心机进行了6个方面的技术改造。生产实践表明:离心机经过技术改造后,不但有效地降低了精煤的水分,还大大改善了离心机检查维修条件。文章详细介绍了6个方面技术改造的具体操作方法,为消化、吸收、完善进口设备的技术性能提供了宝贵的实践经验。The article presents the technological transformation of Tema HSG1400 horizontion vibration centrifuge that has gotten problems in coal selecting plant of Zhungeer Energy Company.Combined with the actual on-site production situation and experience,technological transformation of 6 aspects of the centrifuge has reformed.The production practice indicates that after the technological transformation of the centrifuge,the water component of clean coal was effectively decreased and at the same time,the maintenance conditions for centrifuge check was largely improved.The article specifically introduced the actual operations methods of 6 technological transformations that provides valuable practice experience for the digestion,absorption and perfection of technical function of imported application.
