摘　　要：目的:检测青霉素发酵液中苯乙酸(PAA)残量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。结果:方法准确可行,是检测青霉素发酵液中苯乙酸残量的经济、快捷的方法。本方法可用于青霉素发酵液中PAA残量的测定。Objective ： Examine penicillin to ferment phenylacetic acid （ PAA ） in liquid remnants quantity. Methods： Adoption high performance liquid chromatography method. Results：The method is accurate to go, is examine penicillin to ferment the benzene acetic acid remnants quantity in liquid of economy,fast rdethod. This method can be used for penicillin to ferment PAA in liquid to destroy the measurement of quantity.
