摘　　要：目的:总结子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的护理体会。方法:对48例子宫肌瘤患者实施经皮股动脉穿刺选择性子宫动脉栓塞术,回顾性分析其临床资料,总结护理措施。结果:经过精心的术前准备及心理护理,熟练的术中配合,术后加强基础护理和并发症的观察和护理,全部病人均于术后1周左右平安出院,无严重并发症发生。结论:充分的术前准备、术中配合、术后严密观察和护理是治疗成功的护理关键。Objective： To summarize the nursing experience of uterus arterial embolism（UAE）treat hysteromyoma. Methods：48 patients with hysteromyoma were treated using bilateral uterine arteries embolization,and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,and summarize nursing intervention. Results：Through eareful Pre-operative preparation and mental nursing,middle -operation perfaet coordination, and strengthening post -operation observation,all pertients were discharged sefely in one week,mid no serious complication.Conclusion： Careful pre- operative preparation and mental nursing, middle - operation perfact coordination, and strengthening post - operation observation are nursing key of succeed therapy.
