摘  要:通过饲养试验、屠宰试验研究添加3.0%血粉、3.0%膨化血粉和3.0%鱼粉不同蛋白质原料对豁眼雏鹅(0~4周龄)生长性能和肉品质的影响。结果表明:与3.0%血粉组相比,3.0%膨化血粉组和3.0%鱼粉组的料重比分别降低了11.81%(P<0.05)与12.66%(P<0.05),平均日增重分别提高了22.67%(P>0.05)与23.11%(P<0.05)。各组试验鹅肌肉中的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、钙、磷含量均有所提高(P<0.05);与3.0%血粉组相比,3.0%鱼粉组和3.0%膨化血粉组肌肉组织中天门冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、异亮氨酸含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。The effect of different kinds of protein ingredients on the growth performance and meat quality of Huoyan gosling(0~4 weeks of age) was studied by feeding and slaughtering experiments.A total of 300 Huoyan goslings(sex balance,1 day of age) were randomly divided into 3 groups,each test group had its basal diet supplemented with 3.0% blood meal,3.0% expanded blood meal and 3.0% fish meal respectively.These three groups were contrasted with each other.Each had four replicates of 25 goslings.The results indicated that compared with the test group with 3.0% blood meal,the feed conversion rate(FCR) of the test groups with 3.0% expanded blood meal and 3.0% fish meal decreased by 11.81%(P0.05) and 12.66%(P0.05) respectively,but the average daily gain of them increased by 22.67%(P0.05) and 23.11%(P0.05) respectively;The contents of dry matter,crude protein,crude ash,calcium and phosphorus in gosling muscles of each test group were all improved(P0.05).Compared with test group with 3.0% blood meal,the contents of aspartic acid,threonine,serine,glutamic acid,glycine,valine,methionine,leucine,phenylalanine,lysine,histidine and isoleucine in the muscles of test groups with 3.0% fish meal and 3.0% expanded blood meal were significantly increased(P0.05).
