摘　　要：文章首先介绍了版权法中合理使用制度的基本概念,以及在网络环境中现行制度所面临的困境、非法使用导致的侵权。合理使用制度仍有存在的价值,但应根据网络环境的特点作相应的调整以发挥其作用。The article first introduces the conception on which the fair use system is based on,the illegal use of cause of tort,and the dilemma it faces in cyberspace.The system still has the value of existence in cyberspace.Then it points out that the system must be adjusted to the changes.
