完善政府制度供给 促进民营经济发展——基于民营经济发展与政府制度供给的适应性分析

摘　　要：随着近年来国内外经济形势的变化,民营企业对制度环境的需求有了新的变化,因此有必要根据民营企业变化的制度需求对促进民营经济发展的政策制度供给进行适应性分析,针对存在的不适应之处提出完善建议,使政府制度供给和民营企业的制度需求达到新的均衡,促进民营经济的健康、可持续发展。With the change of the economic situation at home and abroad,the demand of the private enterprises to institutional environment had new change,hence it is necessary to analyze the adaptability of policy institutional supply promoting the development of the private economy according the changed institution demand.Aiming at the maladjustment,the paper put forward some suggestions to make the government's institutional supply and the institution demand of the private economy to reach a new equilibrium to promote its healthy and sustainable development.based on the existing analysis can not adapt to place,the government is improving Suggestions of private enterprise institution supply and demand reached a new equilibrium system of private economy,promoting the healthy and sustainable development.
