摘  要:以聚醚砜(PES)为膜基质材料,以粉末状强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂001×7为功能颗粒,采用溶剂相分离法制备了膜吸附剂,并系统研究了膜吸附剂对水中重金属离子的吸附性能,考察了树脂含量、吸附时间对膜吸附剂吸附容量的影响,同时研究了膜吸附剂对水中铜离子的动态吸附及脱附效果.研究结果表明:膜吸附剂的吸附容量随着树脂填充量的增加而增大;当树脂质量分数达到65%时,膜吸附剂对重金属离子Hg2+、Pb2+和Cu2+的吸附容量分别可达255.31 mg/g、255.35 mg/g和80.76 mg/g;动态吸附试验表明,该膜吸附剂对水中铜离子有持续的吸附去除效果,膜吸附剂的脱附率可达94.67%;该膜吸附剂吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,吸附速度较快,吸附容量较高;与传统工艺相比,膜吸附剂对水中重金属离子去除效果明显,有较好的应用价值.The membrane adsorbents are prepared by phase inversion with polyether sulfone(PES) as the membrane matrix material and strong acid cation-exchange resin 001×7 as functional particles.The adsorption properties of the membrane adsorbents for heavy metal ions in water are systematically studied,and the affection of resin contents and adsorbing time on adsorption properties is investigated.At the same time,the dynamic adsorption to copper ions and desorption of membrane adsorbents are studied.The results show that the adsorption capacity of membrane adsorbents increases with the resin contents increasing;the adsorption capacity of the membrane adsorbent with 65% resin loading for Hg2+,Pb2+ and Cu2+ is 361.79 mg/g,255.35 mg/g and 80.76 mg/g respectively;dynamic adsorption tests show that the membrane adsorbents have the continued removal to copper ions in water,and desorption rate of membrane adsorbent is 94.67%;the adsorption process of adsorbent membrane fits Langmuir adsorption isotherm,the adsorption speed is fast and adsorption capacity is high;compared with other absorption materials,the membrane adsorbents prepared well remove heavy metal ions in water.So it is valuable for us.
