摘　　要：通过叙述泥堡金矿床地质特征 ,讨论它与附近“红土型”金矿的关系 ,一方面论证了人们关于黔西南卡林型金矿是附近“红土型”金矿的矿质母源的推测 ,另一方面阐明了泥堡金矿床是附近红土型金矿矿质母源类型的典型代表。WT5”BZ]Discussing the geological feature of Nibao Carlin type gold ore deposit in southwestern Guizhou and relationship with the nearby lateritic gold deposit, the author testifies that Carlin type gold deposit in southwestern Guizhou is the primary source of the nearby Lateritic gold deposit . Also, by the reason of its development , the Lateritic gold deposit is formed from Carlin type gold deposit.The gold deposit of Nibao is more typical mother source of lateritic deposit.
