摘　　要：发展低碳经济符合我国的当前和长远利益,是经济与社会发展的必然要求。面对实现工业化和承担国际义务的双重压力,低碳经济发展之路必然要受到更为严峻的考验,这需要以科学发展观为指导,建立激励型的财税政策,实现可持续发展,推动我国社会主义和谐社会与创新型国家的建设。Developing low carbon economy,which is the necessary requirement of economic and social development,accords with current and long-term interests of China.Facing the dual pressure of industrialization and the international obligations,low-carbon economic development is bound to be more severely tested.This involves establishing incentive-based fiscal policy under the guidance of scientific development view to achieve sustainable development,and to promote the construction of a socialist harmonious society and an innovative country.
