摘　　要：根据地面剖面的构造、地层、岩性、古生物等资料，对塔里木盆地库鲁克塔格地区中、下奥陶统的岩石组合特征、化石带分布的分析对比，重新认识了中、下奥陶统的接触关系，认为库鲁克塔格地区南、北相区中、下奥陶统之间存在着地层和化石带的缺失现象，而且区域性的不整合接触关系十分明显。Based on structural, stratigraphic, lithologic and paleontologic data in surface sections, this paper analyzed lithologic combination characteristics and fossil belt distribution in Middle and Lower Ordovician in Kuluktag area of Tarim basin, and reconsidered the contact relation between Middle and Lower Ordovician. It is believed that there is absence of formations and fossil belts between them and obvious regional unconformity. This may guide stratigraphic classification in cover area of Tarim basin.
