摘　　要：以银川市为例,以城市统计资料、城市土地利用图为研究基础,对城市土地扩展的特征和问题进行了系统分析。得出城市建设用地扩展过快、土地利用效率低下、空间结构及用地结构失衡等结论。The article takes Yinchuan as an example.Combining urban statistics with urban land use maps,the article studies the land expansion characteristics and problems.The article reaches the following conclusions.The expansion of urban land is rapid;the benefits of the land use should be increased;and the construction land is not quite structured.
