摘　　要：通过竞争分析得出反映交易环境、行业竞争水平的占线策略。通过比较3种不同市场竞争水平下最优占线策略与离线策略,构建了一个未来需求信息完全未知的"可二手交易的建筑施工设备占线租赁模型",解决了不确定使用时间下的建筑施工设备赁购决策问题。Through competitive analysis,the article gets an online strategy which reflected trading environment and industry competition level.Then the article analyzes the comparison between optimal online strategy and offline strategy in three industry competition levels,and establishes a construction equipment second-hand exchange online model in the condition of future demand information unknown.The online strategy solves the probabilistic problem about leasing or buying construction equipment because construction enterprises doesn＇t ensure the time of using the equipment.
