摘　　要：以中国共产党的法治思想为研究中心,系统阐述了中国共产党四代领导集体关于法治思想的历史演进:从"人民正义"、"民主法制"到"依法治国"和"社会主义法治理念"。With the thought of the rule of law of Chinese Communist Party as the research center,this article elaborates the historical development of several generations of Chinese Communist leaders in rule of law and the evolution of thought：from the ＂people＇s justice＂,＂democracy and legal system＂ to the ＂rule of law＂ and the ＂socialist concept of law＂.
