摘 要:研究了在溴化十六烷基吡啶存在下,铌与溴邻苯三酚红及丁基罗丹明B的协同显色反应。在优化条件下,体系所形成的多元配合物最大吸收波长位于635nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.43×105L·mol-1·cm-1,铌的质量浓度在0~1.00mg/L符合比尔定律。考察了30多种共存离子的影响,结果表明干扰较少,钽的允许量可以达到铌的20倍。方法用于水系沉积物、煤渣、合金钢中铌的测定,结果与标准值相符。加标回收率为96%~105%,6次测定的RSD为1.8%~2.1%Synergistic chromogenic reaction of niobium with bromopyrogallol red and butyl rhodamine B in the presence of hexadecylpyridinium bromide was studied. In the optimized conditions, a multicomponent ionassociated complex was formed. The maximum absorption was at 635 nm with molar absorptivity of 1.43105 Lmol-1cm-1. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 01.00 mg/L for Nb. More than 30 coexistent elements were examined and no serious interference was observed. The tolerance for Ta concentration was as higher as 20 times to that of Nb. The method has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of Nb in sediments, coal cinder and alloy steels. The results were in agreement with standard values. Recovery of the standard addition for Nb was 96%105% with precision of 1.8%2.1% RSD (n=6).\=\=
