摘  要:目的研究糖尿病大鼠模型尿液中肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、IL-18的表达,观察糖尿病大鼠尿液中KIM-1的变化,并探讨IL-18引起大鼠肾损伤的机制,以及在肾损伤中所起的作用。方法收集大鼠24周的24小时尿,用酶联免疫吸附法检测正常对照组(Control)、糖尿病模型组(Diabetic)24小时尿液中KIM-1和IL-18的表达水平。结果正常对照组、糖尿病模型组中KIM-1的表达水平分别为(10.9±2.1)ng,(119.1±23.9)ng;IL-18的表达水平分别为(4.8±0.9)ng,(57.0±8.4)ng。两个指标的正常对照组和糖尿病模型组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病大鼠晚期有肾脏损伤,IL-18在其中起重要作用。Objective To study the expression of urinary Kidney Injury Molecule-1(KIM-1) and IL 18 in urine of diabetic rats models,observe the change of KIM-1 on the kidney injury in diabetic rats models and investigate IL-18 on the injury mechanisms. Methods Collect rats urine from control group and diabetic models group on 24 weeks,detect the levels of urinary KIM -1 and IL 18 in control group and diabetic models group by ELISA. Results The levels of KIM 1 in control group and diabetic models group were(10.9±2.1)ng,(119.1±23.9) ng and the levels of IL-18 were(4. 8±0. 9)ng,(57.0±8. 4) ng in 24h urine respectively. There is significant differenee(P〈0.05) between control group and diabetic models group. Conclusion There has been kidney inju ry in rats vehen they were in advanced stage of diabetic and IL-18 may play an important role on kidney injury.
